"Everything was smooth and the result is awesome."

They cut the damaged wall under the window making the space for the new door and window. They take a lot of care to avoid dust and clean everything to finally install the door. Other chaps plastered the surfaces and installed the couple of tiles to obtain a 100% satisfaction work. Everything was smooth and the result is awesome.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from NexGen Windows, they looked after us from start to finish. We had a new front door, bay window and 4 other windows installed within 2 days, the house was kept tidy throughout and the attention to detail was brilliant, it has transformed our house. Will deffo be using again and recommending to everyone.

The three-man team arrived at 8.30 am on a Wednesday and by 2.00 pm on Thursday, all 13 windows had been fitted. I have nothing to fault, the quality of the windows and workmanship was excellent. The team were friendly and professional. Recommended.

I've just had all of my exterior doors and windows replaced and I really couldn't be happier with the result - I'm so pleased I went with NexGen! From the no obligation quote, everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic. There were no hard sales tactics, they contacted me when agreed and provided me with the reassurance I needed about the choices I had made. The installation team were brilliant - they arrived on time, they put down floor protection and tidied up after each day - their work rate and ethic was excellent. Everyone has been professional from start to finish of my project.

Nexgen Windows supplied and fitted 10 windows, front door, back door and patio doors. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided a very reasonable quote and kept me well informed during the ordering/surveying process. The windows and doors were installed by the fitting team, who I found to be very professional, very knowledgeable, most efficient and very trustworthy. There wasn't a great deal of disruption and they always cleaned up before leaving. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and the service provided by this company was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Nexgen Windows Ltd.

I had 5 windows and 2 doors installed by NexGen. Very impressive from start to finish the quote was cheaper than the previous 2 quotes. The salesman was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process as I was a bit nervous due to bad experiences with previous double Glazing companies. The fitters were very clean and tidy and completed the job in 2 days also Mark also called me from the office just to make sure I was happy with everything. And finally the infinity window which I had installed has made a huge difference to my home and they look wonderful very happy and highly recommend NexGen windows to anyone who is thinking of having new windows and doors installed.
